Adding a "donator" user group

I want to add a donator group to my site, and I want that the only way to become a donator user will be by donating using paypal.

How do I do that? I also need the user's group to change automatically, and not manually.

I believe you can only do this manually.

you may do it in the Control panel->Users->User group->Create new user group->set its permission->Save

It can't be done automatically. You will have to transfer them manually.
