okay i was wondering does ucoz have a little news slider type of module.. like the ones where it scrolls the picture across.

No, but this can be added in with custom coding (or you could make a suggestion). Try using Google to search for one.

Zerbert, may be this is what you are looking for
Log in to the website as Administrator->Enable Builder->add a new block->Place it in one of the containers (left or right)->press "Block content management"->Widgets->News ticker->Fill in the necessary fields and press "Apply"
