My site "http://benxi.ucoz.com" is closed with no "Restoration instructions " received.
I searched everywhere in my postoffice with nothing in the end.
Even I tried to post a private message to an administrator.
My site "http://benxi.ucoz.com" is still closed.
Will you please help me? : sad
(The "!" shouled be changed with "?" in the topic.)

I think this thread should be in http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31.

dgf, you should receive an email with a link that will reopen your website. If you do not check this link within a few days your website will close.

dgf, first of all, this is a wrong board. Please, follow the forum rules http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/0-0-0-36
Second of all, you should contact Technical Support Service through your account: Control Panel->Help->Technical Support with such issues.
Your website was disabled for inactivity. Please see: http://faq.ucoz.com/#15
Probably your website had no visitors or you logged in to the Control Panel less than 2 times per month.

The message with the restoration link was sent to the registration email. It could be regarded as spam, and as a result could get into Spam/Junk folder of the e-mail service you use or could be deleted.
Please check the contents of the Spam folder, and if the message is not there contact the support service of your e-mail provider to find out the reasons why the message was not delivered.

Your website has been restored manually. Please next time do it yourself, look after your website and e-mail box.
