Questions about Templates

I've been trying to pick a nice layout to match a Neopets theme website (and I can try and make my own banner).

I tried Template 932.. But I have more than one menu: the main menu, and a second and third menu. The other menus' items (NOT the titles) are white, and that matches that menu's background. So it's pretty much invisible, unless you mouse over that piece. How can I change this? What coding should I look for to replace the colour?
