Serious problem

On my site, http://charred.ucoz.com , I noticed a few minutes ago that I could drag my text and widgets around and write stuff and delete stuff. I thought this was because I was in a builder mode or something, so I disabled that. However, it was still happening, so I logged out. Still doing it. Different browser, clear cookies, private browser, everything still presented me this problem. It may just be my computer playing up, but if someone could have a look and tell me if it's happening to them, as this is a serious problem as like this it's impossible to click any links at all. Am not sure, but try enabling the Builder mode and clicking save settings then disable it. If not try to log out and log in again. Also check your groups status.

Have tried the first suggestions, none have worked to my knowledge I'm afraid. But whats my groups status?

Group Status: CP --> Users --> User Groups --> Administrator
