Not sure if this is the correct place...
but my friend wants to buy the premium package when he goes to pay it it says authorization failed. He's one of the owners of the forum and I'm the main owner. I created the site and he's from UK and I'm from USA any way to fix this problem?

rebelion, specify your actions so we will be able to understand the problem. Provide us with the web site name and a screenshot of an error.

I have moved your thread to Account management board. This is where you should ask about payments .

Natashko, thank you and the problem has been resolved we use google chrome and it doesn't work for that only IE and firefox.
