I have disabled user from giving rep
but someone(helpers or ucoz team guy from this website) joined my site and he was a user but he still was able to give rep.how come?

Members high up in the uCoz team have the power shut uCoz websites down, alter them and such. But no member of the uCoz team (including me or Animorph) can register at someones website with high privileges unless they are in a specific group.

MysticDragon, now read this carefully as far as i know there is no possebility to do any of these actions if you shutdown these permissions , now when did he sended the REP , when did you Edited the Permissions , and when did you actually see that you got a PM, it could be that he sended one before and you didn't saw it ,i'mjust thinking that you should check thisout

It is possible, because he (styler, as a member of a uCoz team) has a special status. He can be logged in as a User. But he has all administrative rights. Not to worry. As far as I remember, we were just checking your website on your own request.
