How do I add Files for download In the Home Page(Main)?
I saw this site creator-lab.ucoz.ru added Opera 10 For download in Home Page.

I know to upload files in File Manager, But How do I type or add something in Home Page?

Just display a link to the download-able file, for example to download a .rar file:

When a user clicks on the link, a download window should appear.

SirDarknight, you may use any module as the main page (set it in CP->Settings->Common settings->When opening the main page, redirect to) Download links may be posted as entries of any module you decide to appear as the main page.
