When I am trying to change some things in my website to my own language, I cannot do it, and even there ain't anything like that to change it... Will that problem be solved if I become a Premium user?

You do not need to be a premium user for do that. You can change everything without become premium user.

Sirwan, a good tool you can use is the 'Substitution of default phrases'. Go to your Control Panel (CP) and on your admin bar -> Settings -> Substitution of default phrases

Animorph, That's what I mean, I can change a lot on my website but not everything, so what about changing everything?

CreativeCollusions, Thanks for your help, actually I have more than two years of experience on uCoz server and website, I know everything about it, but my question is not that, as Animorph, said: You are able to translate allot on your website but not everything. So it's tight, I am able to change a lot but not everything, and I want to know if I can change everything after becoming a premium user or something like that...

Sirwan, no , some things can not be changed because thy are a part of the content of the page , like an example the forum , here is a script to translate it but not everything can be translated some stuff will still be in the language you selected for your website

Sirwan, You can translate most parts of your website manually using the following features:
1. Your website Control Panel -> Substitution of default phrases.
2. Your website Control Panel -> Customize Design -> Quick replacement.
3. By means of manual editing of your website templates.
Becoming a premium user will not solve it. You can see benefits of a premium user in Control Panel -> $ -> Paid services. http://faq.ucoz.com/screenshots/paid_service_packages.png

Sirwan, that is not possible , you can reate you own template in uCoz and you can write allot of the text that you want but the language in the modules itself is hard to translate
