Sirwan, a good tool you can use is the 'Substitution of default phrases'. Go to your Control Panel (CP) and on your admin bar -> Settings -> Substitution of default phrases

Animorph, That's what I mean, I can change a lot on my website but not everything, so what about changing everything?

Sirwan, no , some things can not be changed because thy are a part of the content of the page , like an example the forum , here is a script to translate it but not everything can be translated some stuff will still be in the language you selected for your website

Sirwan, You can translate most parts of your website manually using the following features:
1. Your website Control Panel -> Substitution of default phrases. 2. Your website Control Panel -> Customize Design -> Quick replacement. 3. By means of manual editing of your website templates.
