I believe we need a new moderator function for the forums. Infractions. Something that allows moderators to give users which put points on a users account. The points expire after a certain amount of time and a certain amount of them will get them suspended. After they were to get unsuspended, they would be banned if they get a certain amount of more points. I think Ucoz would definiatly become better with this function.
