well i think you already know a part of the answer , about the design , that is all up to your knowledge of coding CSS and HTML and etc . But i have watched the website and what do you exactly want ? there is so much on the website , please give an example or more detailed information

sHARUN, why don't you just use one of the suggested modules for this purpose, like File Catalog and post download links in entries. Or are you interested in making it as a table in particular?
