Do you mean poll? If you do, then yes. Just create another poll on the poll module and put the special code on where you want it to appear.

-GhosT-, if you want the search from to appear in one of the sidebars - use Builder->enable Builder->Add block->place it in one of the containers->press Block content management->Site elements->Site search
The second option is for you, if you want to embed the search form not in the sidebar, but else where on the website. Insert the search form code
