KatrinL, I checked your website , all looks fine and normal . maybe it is your internet browser problem .
Try to open it in some other internet browser , if you still have problems then check your browser options and internet options .  .:[ If i helped you please pump up my Reputation and give me award :) ]:. |
KatrinL, PredatoR, is right your website is normal , there are no bugs and i don't see parts jumping up , it just may be your website that is done with loading , you seen when you enter a website and it is still loading and you scroll done , when its fully done with loading it will jump back up , its normal

ok. thank you guys for your time. I guess i just have a slow internet connection ... because i tried to open my site from 2 different browsers (google chrome and internet expl.). But i'm glad you didn't see anything "jumping" up and down : ) Thank you.
