But When I Visit My Site With Moderator Mode i Can See This All Option..

What Can I Do For It ?

-VishaL-, you need to edit your group permissions , as admin

Go to CP ---> Users ---> User Groups ---> Administrators -----> Edit permissions ---> Forum ----> and make sure all the correct permissions are checked and press save

Then it should normally work if not , then you need to wait for an admin to respond , i don't have the power to acces allot on your website
