Is It Possible To Create Another Moderator Option? I Want To Create Another Menu Like "Stick This Thread"

I want that When I Will Select That Option To A Thread that thread will go to above a Line Like Stick Threads?

I want To Make The Thread Important From Others.

SirDarknight, it is not possible with an option of the forum module but you can achieve this with a custom made script

SirDarknight, this is not possible using uCoz. It may be possible using outside scripts, though.
