driss, uCoz is an SaaS a.k.a. Software as a Service. That means that you only get to use the service of uCoz but you can't host it elsewhere.

driss, uCoz is a free web hosting. If you create a website with uCoz it is hosted with us. But you can transfer it to another web hosting. Please, see this http://faq.ucoz.com/faq/0-0-38
If there is anything else you are interested in - be more specific.

driss, you czan install custom scripts and modify your website to your needs , but the only thing you need to have for that is coding knowledge

driss, as it is said here http://faq.ucoz.com/faq/0-0-2 we do not allow to use the scripts as the majority (90 % +) of free-of-charge scripts are written by beginners in programming who are still learning to code, and these scripts are unsafe for the servers and therefore for users’ sites.
We make up for the impossibility to install the scripts with a lot of services, by means of which everyone can make a unique site of any level of complexity.
But there have been some changes. For example, PHP is going to be introduced this month.
