I have Try It Look This Right Or Not, I have Change the Fonts color in Black like this #0f0f0f but not work

SDMTEAM, it is very difficult for me to understand you. If your question is how to change the font color into black-go to CP->Design-Design management->Style sheet CSS->find .posttdmessage and change the color there into #0f0f0f
And about background image you have already asked here http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/9-12484-1#69741 Do not ask one and the same question in various threads It is against forum rules.
