Why my website no entryy?

I mean my website don't have the "Add News Entry" Button.

Jikerout, you have set a pre-moderation option at your website, so new entries will appear only after its approval by the admin. To disable this feature go to Control panel->Users->User groups->Set permission for all groups->select the necessary module and check the option "Pre-moderate new entries" Change the rights of groups there

Jikerout, we have checked your website in different modes (admins, users..) The button is there. have you changed anything in the template?
