some days ago i forget my secret question answer i mail to the technical support to reset my secret question answer then i got mail which asking me some questions i provide my best answer such as date of joining etc later i got mail that asking me scanned images of my documents i sent that too
later again i got mail that my send document not able so i sent more deep document which are important for me but also UNET not want to help me so finally i understand it now its because EGO technical support person is egoist, he/she can help me with the help of my IP address because i never use Unet service on any other place except my home pc so its enough to prove that its my website and i forget secret question answer but also technical support asking to provide information for verification i try my best to help to provide usefull information but also again they asking me to sent documents i sent but again i got mail n saying its still not enough i got mail technical support said "Can't identify me" its make me laugh now can't identify me even i sent my documents ? If you like me don't forgot to visit me ....

aareez, now first of all follow forum rules , red colour is for staff , and bigger text isn't that good to read
and you better not insult the Technical support, you need to understand uCoz is a Web service with millions of people and millions of problems and all these problems need to be solved by Tech Support and this forum , now you know that there are hackers and cheaters on the net and that thy have fun with it , so there is a reason for them to act like that there are popel that are trying to cheat and betray the System and Tech support , teh Tech Support are no Egoists i know allot of them and thy are all great persons that work hard with helping thousands of users in allot of ways , their reason is correct ask them what you need to provide else that prooves that the website is yours and please do not ever insult somebody in Tech Support again To busy building a passive income online ;)

aareez, I had to delete the part of your post in which you used different colors. Usage of those colors is only allowed for some of the groups (like admins)
About your request to Technical Support. The first message you received from them started the following way: "The administration bears no responsibility for losing of registration details by a user. We can try to help you solve this problem, but only in case it will not contradict the general principles and level of the accepted system security. For this purpose we need to identify your personality and to make sure that you are the person who registered the account." It means that Technical Support never promised to provide you the answer to the secret question. (you are the one who is supposed to remember all of the registration details) Technical Support service needs to identify your personality. It can be done only if you provide a scanned image of your passport or any other identification document. The documents you sent were not enough do do that. uCoz web-services have a high level of security system. We try to protect your websites from hacking.
