hello all moderators here at ucoz.. Im here to ask questions/help regardning this matter..

What is your position(group) on that website? Try :
Control Panel>Users(left side panel)>User Groups>Set Permission For All Groups. Now Forum>and see the moderator options(red marked) are enable or disable for admins. |
ladyBruce, like SirDarknight, stated it has to do with your group permissions but do it like this:
go to CP ---> Users ---> User Groups ---> Your Group ---> Edit ----> Forum ----> Edit own messages ---> Check it and save To busy building a passive income online ;)

Admin Moderator newbie... i can't fixed this so i need your help.. anyways i'm new here.. thanks to your help sir.
