Is there a way I can change the word "Reputation" to "Helper Points" at all?

HorseIsleSense, yes you can change the word reputation in the word helper points SirDarknight, needs to learn reading.

go to CP ---> Design ---> Design management (templates) ---> forum ----> appearance of entries --->

and change it
