zinobios, that is not possible in publisher , you can use file catalog for that cause

zinobios, no you can't do that yet but the uCoz developpers are working on apply'ing PHP into uCoz

I want when a user uploads a mp3 file to file catalog, he know the link of this file, so can post it as audio in an other article.
Is this possible ?

zinobios, you can do that by having the users putting the mp3 file in a .rar or .zip file and upload it then , that is how most of the services do it

I want the ability of the user to post a mp3 file (in an article) with the player : , so he need the link of the uploaded file to File Catalog.

For example, i uploaded a mp3 file , with File Catalog, but i dont know the link (http://) so i can post it as media player in an article
