I'm interested in now if I buy a web hosting with someone else and not by your will I still have it hosted by uCoz and those of your advertising?

PakatheGohlub, you can create a website with a free web hosting uCoz. You uCoz website can be transferred to another web hosting. The uCoz ad banner will not be displayed at your website in this case. You may find more information here http://faq.ucoz.com/faq/0-0-38
