I want when a user uploads a file to File Catalog, he know the link of this file, so he can post it in an other article at Publisher or Blog.
Is this possible ?

zinobios, well you normally have a download link to get the uploaded file , just rightclick the link and copy link destination

This is a download link and not the actual link of the file.
My ask is the ability to embed this file in another article of Publisher or Blog.

zinobios, please specify the results you want to achieve. How do you want those links to be used in other modules.

My intresting is the user's ability of post articles at the blog or publisher (not the forum) with an embeded file (for mp3 : [audio])or the link (for pdf,doc ect...) as attachement.
Because of there is not this natural ability at these modules (:blog, publisher), i think this is possible only with the use of File Catalog.
But my problem is that the user he can not find the link of the file that upload at File Catalog.

In brief, my problem is that i want attach or embed a file at these modules (as i can do this in the forum).

I am very sorry for my english !!!

zinobios, maybe you are looking for the additional fields, that will be used to insert links when adding the entries.
In File Catalog they can be:
Link for archive downloading from another server
Author's website
Link to entry source
Link to entry documentation
You can activate them in CP->File Catalog->Module settings->Add "http://" prefix automatically for the fields:->tag the necessary field and Save.
The same feature (Add "http://" prefix automatically for the fields:) can be found in Publisher, Ad board, Site Catalog.
