Hi there it is me again with the other question
and this time I faced with the problem about "Builder"
when I entering Builder/Enable builder there isn't any possibility to change (edit), add or remove any blocks these actions are inactive. What is wrong I don't know


P.S: all of these problems appear after the opperation "Save changes"

( Note - Use "Builder" for the website design customization: is active)

I am not sure about my answer.

Please Make Sure That You've Javascript Enabled In Your Browser's Options.

If It doesn't work then Create A Template Backup and Change Your Design Number then try again.

I think it isn't connected with the problem by an "Enable Javascript"
because I tried to login from another browser (Internet Explorer) but doesn't works yet

(P.S: also I checked my browser options, but everything is ok)
The reason of this problem should be another

Useful, we have checked your website. It seems that we resolved your problem. (the default template was restored)

This might be useful:
The correct functioning of the Builder can be effected by the widgets on the web page. Try to remove the widgets and check Builder functioning.
To make the Builder function correctly it should be set up in Common Settings.
If the Builder can be enabled but you can't manage it – you need to update the skeleton.
If the Builder can be enabled but it can't be disabled or it is too slow, most likely the scripts conflict occurred. Try to find third-party scripts and remove them.

Thanks dear Nataly! Now enable or disable the builder works as ordinary
If I will change my site design from 271 to new one will it affect my site files? (is there demaging possibility?)
is it riskful?

Useful, no it won't effect any of you site files , or uploaded files to your website , it will only change your design on your website
