Well , i didnt find any theme like pre-load page on ucoz forum .
So i will start it .

Can anyone explane us where to find and how to add preload page on Website ?

CreativeCollusions , So something , When someone open my website first pre-load page comes and it fills 1 % -100 % , and when all pictures are loaded and everything site should opens .

I downloaded css and js , what i have to do now ?
To upload css and js files to File manager or what .

Please can u tell me all what i have to do to have it working on my web site .

just read the implementation part, it explains how you need to install it

and yes you need to upload the css in a folder named css and js in a folder named js

all of this happens in the filemanager, not on your desktop and so on

Well i do all how it need to be .
But here is one bug and i dont know what and where is the problem .
Animorph, i hope you know where is the problem .

When the preload is starting the line in middle screen go to right end side of screen and then it freeze and dont move anymore .
