Page Editor Header Editing?

So I've been working with some page editor generated pages, and I can't seem to figure out how to modify the Header (<head> ..... </head>) part of the page. Is this possible, and if so, how does one do it?

go to CP ---> Page Editor ----> Page management ---->your pager ---> ---> Options:
Apply personal template to the page
that will allow you to modify the site page completely
To busy building a passive income online ;)
