Sanjay_149, I think it's because your website is hosting / linking to pirated software and / or movies or any other copyrighted material...

I'm not sure about why they indicated that reason but one thing I'm sure about is that your site wasn't following rules so it got blocked...

Your website is http://freedl4all.ucoz.com/.

Sanjay_149, uCoz web-services administration sent you a notification. It was a request to comment on the complaint about your website within 48 hours.
Please, comment on the situation and specify the reason you have ignored the notification from uCoz web-services administration. You need to contact uCoz Abuse service http://www.ucoz.com/abuse

OK, my website got blocked (http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/26-13180-1), and I replied to the notification. I still haven't got a reply from it and my website is still blocked.

Sanjay_149, I have fixed the reason for the blocking (I think, "incorrect contact details" is so vague that it could mean anything and anything that is copied is always credited to the original owner... The block reasons really do need to be a LOT more specific) and I have contacted UcoZ through the abuse page, I did that yesterday and I still haven't got a reply.

Matt8329, "incorrect contact details" means they send a mail earlier to you. But din't notice it or reply it. That's why they block it. You should reply with in 24 hrs any mail from uCoz.

Sanjay_149, Ahh thanks, that makes sense now. The reason I didn't reply to the email is because I have lost the password to that particular account, so I changed my email address :). I sent a reply via the updated email address (through the UcoZ abuse page that you linked) at least 24 hours ago but my website is still blocked and I have yet received a reply..

What is the average waiting time for support requests?

I have lost the password to that particular account,

Now it is very difficult to recover your site.

I updated my email address and sent a request via the abuse page you linked (with my updated email address), though. I did that at least 24 hours ago and still nothing.

I'm getting really annoyed.
