I upload a file but having problem

Dear i uploaded a file in ucoz and did changes in file after 1,2 days but when i open file in browser the file not change and still old one show mean changes not come, i and website user should clear browsing data to see the new changes why this problem with ucoz why the changes not come without clear cookies or browsing data what should i do so the changes comes quickly without need clear browsing data

livenow, I am not sure I understand you. You need to be more specific. Which file did you upload, how and where? Are you saying that you have made some changes, but they were not displayed at once? (only after clearing cache? )
We do suggest users to clear cache and cookies from time to time. But it doesn't happen that often. Please, provide a website name so we will be able to check.
