DEEPKG, as far as i know adf ly is and url shortening service , and uCoz has their own shortening service that you can apply after a button click , and about scripts , scripts can be applied to uCoz without problems you just need to have the knowledge to create them and so on , i will move this to User Communication you might get more help there
