when i was posting thread in forum.when i was posted there was no option to fix image because in the message text there was no img button

manav1997, hmm an un usual problem now how old is your website? , did you try to update your site for all active modules ?

CP ---> Settings ---> Common Settings ---> Site design: ---->Update the design for all active modules

i am not sure that this will solve your problem so can you provide someanswers to me ?
1. did you installed 3rd part scripts lately that can block that function?
2. what where the latest changes that you made ?

manav1997, did you check this: CP->Users->User groups->Set permission for all groups->Users->Use BB codes [URL] and [IMG] for your group?
