Ok well I set profiles to open in the same page incase people dont like popups but the only problem with that is that you cant go back to the site without pressing back so is there anyway to create a button of text that says back to site

you can use hyper links that you can put into your profile design , do you know how and where ? To busy building a passive income online ;)
