Well if anyone of you noticed hospital's have a program that has a list of all their patients and like notes and extra stuff. I was wondering how I can create that but instead of it being a program make it a page on here and if possible the text for each patient is editable I already know how to make it for admins only so all I need is how to create like text fields and checkboxes and then a save button and oh a list of users on the side or something or even if I have to I have to do all my users from scratch on the list I dont care I just want this!
 :batman: If you need the idea kinda something like the attached file and I know it suckz because I made it in paint and it's only supposed to help you get the idea! Decided to go ahead and say this I have found something that I am looking for it's a gadget but it doesn't have enough fields and I can't change the fields but it will do for now but keep this open please incase anything better comes! Caleb6235, you can use any module for this kind of implementation. Might I suggest that you use a module that offers Custom Fields so that you get to customize parts of it.
