i'm add RSS in mysite, but frame don't synchronize about width & height, and show demo picture to same:

12a3, first of all how is it related with RSS? RSS is discussed here http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/37-257-1#1074 All further questions about it should go there.
From what I can see you have problems with the table on your website. But I can't guess. You need to be more specific as to what exactly you need. It is better to provide a screenshot with the things you need to be changed and how. A link to the page with problems will be useful.
