Hey, when i am signed in my account on my website (not the cPanel) but the website, my top admin bar is not working and i cant do anything.

Ettevi, what is wrong with the Admin bar?

Ettevi, I have checked both of your website and I wasn't able to login to clanfea.ucoz.com even due to the third-party scripts problem. If this is the website you are referring to, the third-party scripts might effect your Admin bar as well. I suggest you disable them one by one to find out which one is causing the difficulties and then remove it.
