1. Youtube video - check your admin menu - Multimedia - insert video(youtube)
2. download link as image - CP - Substitution of default phrases - Find phrases in templates
replace this code with download and download from mirror:

Magnum-019-Negotin, you can add a new form in entry addition form by customizing a current form (for example 'Author's website'):

Control Panel -> Substitution of default phrases -> Form for adding entries to "File Catalog" -> Change 'Author's website' to 'YouTube Video Link'.

Magnum-019-Negotin, if you use Multimedia option to insert YouTube video, you will do it with the help of the code generated for you by the system. (and video will be displayed without any difficulties) If you use Custom fields (or other regular fields of adding the entries) to do it, you need to use a script to make that video work.

Magnum-019-Negotin, just add the image code in your Short description: and in Entry full text: , it will appear on your file catalog page when reading more in the entry and when just viewing the short description of your entry

I hope that this is what you want , now you only need to upload the image and don't put the image code in your "Short description:" anymore it will appear there automaticly.

Go to CP - Download - Module settings - Fields of a new entry form

Look at the image:

if you want to use entry full text, mark box under red one. after that image will be shown only in entry full text and comments
(if you want to use also short brief mark also red box)

And next time you use $ IMAGE $ , but it into Entry full text only(or short brief if you want to use it. otherwise leave it emty)

2. Showing latest download images on main page.

You can use Informers

Magnum-019-Negotin, it is connected with the player settings. uCoz has nothing to do with it. That is why there is nothing we can help you with.
