Doesn't read style.css? - uCoz Community

Hello. i have downloaded a HTML template which i want to use it in uCoz system. in this template the images/background are linked from the index.html to style.css and somehow the style.css doesnt read the "images" ? ex. banner should have an image but it doesnt show. i know how to fix that by putting the image in the index.html. but now for the background etc... i will show u how the template should look like and how it looks like tongue

Should look like:

Observe the background image with the "flowers" and if u look at the menu and sponsors they are rounded by something blueish tongue

if u now look at my website it looks like this:

the background is only the colour and the menus arent inside that bluish thingy tongue

Any help ?
