Wallhard, I am not aware of any problems at our end.
It has to do with your e-mail provider. The message could be regarded as spam, and as a result could get into Spam/Junk folder of the e-mail service you use or could be deleted.
Please check the contents of the Spam folder, and if the message is not there contact the support service of your e-mail provider. You are the one who is their customer and you can influence the quality of their work and the correctness of mail delivery.
If the message still was not found, we suggest that you use another e-mail service. It can be changed in Control panel->E-mail Forms->Mail forms management->Change. We do not recommend Yahoo.

Thanks for answer. Im using google. It worked fine for more than a year. It's no messages in spam too. I was creating new email form now, for test and used different emails - it's just not working. Yesterday all was fine. My site adress is www.prepaid.lt, can you check and provide any solutions?

Just created another site to test email form. Working fine. So the problem is in ucoz servers, not in my mail.

Wallhard, first of all, which e-mail provider did you use for the test e-mail form? Second of all, when you have created a test website, which e-mail address did you use in the e-mail forms there.
And the last, I have filled in Contact Us form at your website and it was sent successfully. It means that there are no problems at our end. Mail delivery difficulties are at the e-mail provider end. I suggest you contact their support service in order to sort things out.

So you wanna tell me that google and my local email provider in one same day just decided to stop receiving emails from one, ONLY ONE! ucoz site????? (because others ucoz sites send emails to same addresses with no problem )

Did you see any logic in your explanation about email providers problem? Its you error ucoz. The error on server where my main site is localized. Thats explains why when i create another same site in your system, used same emails in email form - all works fine!

Wallhard, as far as I can see you use info@prepaid. lt for the website you have troubles with. I suggest you forward your complaint to this e-mail provider. And in the meantime substitute the current e-mail with interriti@gmail.com . It has to work, though there is a high possibility that letters will go to Spam folder.

Natashko you still don't understand me. I'm telling You - there is no problem with those email adresses! They work perfectly on other ucoz site. They just stop working at my main ucoz site.

main site : http://prepaid.ucoz.com/
test site : http://prepaid2.ucoz.com/

Same emails are entered in email forms. From main site i'm not getting any notifications or filled email forms, from test site all works fine (with same emails!!!). THIS IS NOT EMAIL PROBLEM, THIS IS UCOZ PROBLEM.

So please stop telling me to contact email providers because emails works with other ucoz sites, they just not working with my main ucoz site right now. Do something!

We have experienced temporary difficulties connected with E-mail forms operation. But they are supposed to work fine now. We apologize for the inconveniences. The problem is resolved now.
