My page refreshes each time I select an option form menu

Every time I press an option from the menu my page refreshes if I remove a block on the left side it works great. But I don't want to remove anything

ASDL, I have checked both testimng.ucoz.com and asdl.ucoz.com and the problem wasn't confirmed. If it is still topical, please provide a website name. Be more specific as to what you press and which block are your referring to.
