From what I know you can't have more than 1 Administrator for a site. It might be a feature to suggest for uCoz to implement at a later date. Hope this helps Jack of all trades in development, design, strategy.

But the user groups and how to change them is discussed in here: please use search next time. To busy building a passive income online ;)

You may have as many admins as you want, but maximum number of simultaneous logins to the Control Panel is 4. So not more than 4 people could be logged into the Control panel at the same time.
