go to Admin Bar ---> Enable Builder ---> Create new Block ---> Name it Search ---> Add this code in it (HTML)

i fix it, my problem was, that

I've got two more question,
1. in shoutbox i need to get that admin got red,( name ) moderator got blue ( name ) how i get it ?:)
2. i need to get this, i click on it ( like : Youtube ) and the youtube ise opening.
