Making download page

Hello
I want to make a section of download in my site. where registered users will share the links of files. although i made a download section with site menu builder. where only admin can post not the others(user). please help me giving details information about it.

Pongkoj, change group permission , go to CP ---> Users ---> User Groups ---> Users ---> Edit icon ---> Your Module ---> Give permission to add entry's

Thanks Animorph i have done that before, and checked it again. but there is the prblm is i want to make a section like blog. where the user can add entries with the download link. but what did i made its just only a page. please help me on that specifiq subj. here is the link of download page http://hinduismsite.ucoz.com/index/download_what_you_need/0-8

Natashko thanks for having a look to my site. yes i solved the problem in another way by changing the module name guestbook to Download. but i could not make any comment option there. now i am thinking will i make another blog module by naming Download section???

another question
how can i set a box in my home page showing the latest news of the site ( i.e new post, new comments, new user), is there anyone who can help me????

It is not possible to use one and the same module twice. But you may use some other module that is similar to Blog (like Publisher e.g.). And yes, you can not add comments to the entries in Guestbook, because they are comments.
