Hi I cant seem to get Ftp working i have tried it with dreamweaver and transmit. It connects ok but all i see is a folder called _fr. This folder is empty. can someone help. I even paid for the business plan but its still the same

Your FTP is working fine, the _fr file is file you''d generally see in file manager called Forum files. Nothing appears in Dreamweaver originally unless you synchronise the remote and local servers and select get newer files from remote.

To establish FTP connection you should use special programs, e.g. CuteFTP, FTP Commander, FTP Navigator etc.
