Making a Banner Rotator?

So to start off, go to my site and u will automatically see the issue:

www.arctiicconsole.ucoz.com

At the top right, my banner is there, but it is off of alignment... I have tried everything: adding html alignments, adding css alignments, and trying tutorials... I haven't had any luck. Please help. The Text is in the middle of the page, but I want it to be on the Banner Rotator itself.

No, I want it to rotate in one place from 1 Image to another... It is a feature you have lol... on the main page of the cp... I want to use it to display news.

The issue is now fixed, but now it only displays 1 image... I need it to rotate from 1 image to the next... but it only displays one image,,,

Arctiic, we don't provide help with custom coding , so i would suggest you to search a simple script on google smile
