Hello All,
I am having a problem with spamming . One user is just doesn't stop spamming in my site . I reported to uCoz too . But No reply . Now I want help from uCoz staffs . I banned that user ip too but still he can register in my site . Any way to Ban him in my site permanently? Please Help Me. Regards, Susmoy If I Help you then Please +Rep and Awards

Susmoy, if he is registering under the same email you can block multiple registration with the same email. Control Panel > Users > Module Settings.

Susmoy, block his IP address.
To do this, on the admin bar on your site: Control » IP blocking. Then enter the users IP Address (can be found in profile or under forum posts, comments etc). |
Susmoy, But I do not think we can really help you with this problem. It can be resolved by changing the group permission (making them more strict) or pre-moderation option.
