Having Some Problems With Spaming

Hello All,

I am having a problem with spamming . One user is just doesn't stop spamming in my site . I reported to uCoz too . But No reply . Now I want help from uCoz staffs . I banned that user ip too but still he can register in my site . Any way to Ban him in my site permanently?

Please Help Me.

Susmoy, if he is registering under the same email you can block multiple registration with the same email. Control Panel > Users > Module Settings.

Paradox, Umm..No No He Is registering With Different Emails..And I all ready blocked repeated emails.

Susmoy, block his IP address.

To do this, on the admin bar on your site:
Control » IP blocking.

Then enter the users IP Address (can be found in profile or under forum posts, comments etc).

Susmoy, But I do not think we can really help you with this problem. It can be resolved by changing the group permission (making them more strict) or pre-moderation option.

Susmoy, another option is to change authorization method to Local users and be able to delete users you do want to see at your website
I do not think that Technical support service can help you with that issue btw.
