What would be the best module to Install for people to share there downloads?
Then I want a module that I could put my own downloads and nobody could put
anything there but me. Got any Ideas?

WXMusic, you can just use File Catalog but use categories to separate your downloads and your users. You can modify the categories so that only you can add downloads to a specific category too.
