Am baffled and confused

The Control panel is exaclty 'user freindly' sad

Im not good with CSS and Im frankly confused...
How do you change the images on the template or add headers? Or change the fonts used on the template? Or add a custome logo? So many questions. Can't you build an interface which allows you to do it all via a 'drag and drop' like moonfruit. You have a the kind of website tools im looking for, just have no idea whatsoever how to function this :/
