hello, I just bought the basic 12 months+domain product, I want to know what do I do now? I know that I have to register in domain.ucoz.com and I did, but then where do I go to choose the domain name.com? I found a domain registeration at domain.ucoz.com but it asks then to pay... I need step by step help please.

RKO, to attatch a domain name open Control Panel > Domain Attachment. As for the domain still being processed I would guess that it is better to wait. wink

You will find this information in other threads so please remember to use search next time. Hope this helps, happy

and one more question, when It asked me to put the code for the order I put the right code that shows on the technical support not the left one and it seems like it worked, is that correct? or do i have to put both of them, because when I put both of them (the right and lift codes) it didn't work

I'm not sure on either of those questions. I am only assuming that the order should go through within an hour or less. As for the different codes I don't know.

Just a tip but you can find more information on this topic using the site search.

Sorry that I am unable to provide a deeper insight. sad

in the website it says the following:

Domains
If there are no contact detail errors or registrar errors, usual time limits for order completion in various zones are:

domain registrations for zones .ru and .su — 20 minutes, DNS change — up to 24 hours ;
for zones .am, .dj, .eu, .kz — 1-3 working days;
for other domain zones — 15-30 minutes;
domains transfer .com .net .org .info .biz .name .mobi — 5 days (this is standard time for all registrars).
SSL certificates
After purchasing SSL certificate issuing has to be done. You will receive a message and see an icon in management panel «Details required for SSL certificate».

After filling the form the time

for SSL certificate — 1 an hour;
for other certificate types — it may take 2 days (depends on how soon you submit appropriate verification documents).

But for my situation for how long do I have to wait?

http://faq.ucoz.com/gift_domain/domain_as_gift4.png

I've put the right code.. isn't it right or does it have to be the lift one?

I hope someone tills me ^^

RKO, from what the tutorial shows you are to put in the code on the right-hand side of the page. The information above also states the conditions relevent to your domain and area registra. Depending on your purchased domain the time-frame will be affected differently.
