I received a PM from the following user: Ronzky
Here is what the PM said: "Hello CreativeCollusions, I have some spam complaints. The owner of http://premiumworld.ucoz.com is always spamming in my site. I'm so irritated of him. I already banned him 10 times but he keeps on spamming. I really don't know what to do. Will you please help us banned this guy or block his website cause his abusing. I'm really tired of it. Here's my proof http://i53.tinypic.com/1zxm5qg.jpg or http://i52.tinypic.com/2mfksqd.jpg His the owner of this 4 accounts Susmoy, Smart-Mind, rooneymessi and -Silence-Prayer- His IP's that I already banned from my website are 180.149.12.236, 180.149.12.71, 180.149.7.128 His registered emails he used when spamming in my site are iftiazhye@ymail.com , iftiazhye@gmail.com , hell123sp@yahoo.com That's all the information what I got from him in my website. Please help us CreativeCollusions. Thanks and God Bless. By the way, I already submitted abuse report but I didn't receive any reply yet. The owner of http://premiumworld.ucoz.com or -Silent-Prayer- already warned by Animorph last 2011-06-11, 8:54 PM here's the link http://premiumworld.ucoz.com/forum/35-249-1 but he still keep on spamming in my chat-box and other website's chatbox. CreativeCollusions, I also complained to staff in skype a week ago and thy said that abuse would take care of it but i didn't see his site blocked , he isn't stopping with spamming , he also spams my website and i got some screenshot where i found his spam on other sites again

CreativeCollusions, Animorph, with all due respect, you need to remember that you are considered uCoz staff only within this community forum. And you are not entitled to warn some one, punish or God forbid promise something to someone on behalf of uCoz web-services outside this forum. By doing so you compromise not only your reputation, but the reputation of this forum and uCoz in general.
For example, uCoz abuse service actually received the letter from the complainant saying that Animorph has already warned the spammer, so why uCoz is not proceeding and not blocking the website. Can you imagine the shock of abuse service - who is Animorph, why is he warning users on our behalf and why do users think that his warning means something... These were the questions I heard from our abuse service and it wasn't very pleasant for me. Believe me, they work hard. And if they had evidences proving that Susmoy is a spammer - his websites would be blocked that very instant. So, the bottom line is, please be careful with what you say or promise to users. And remember, you are forum moderators, not more, not less. Thank you for understanding. Natashko, i asked mike to send a message to abuse if he spammed again i just warned so that he would not spamm again but he still spams. But okay i understand your point i will not warn anyone again that spams my site i will just send smething to abuse and ban the user his accounts till abuse solves it.

Natashko, i Didn't warned in the name of uCoz i said if he continue's that his website would be banned and thats true i didn't say best regards from uCoz web services if you know what i mean , but i understand.
