Is it possible to add a block for horizontal banner on top of the website for template 814?

It seems that the blocks can only be added on both sides, but not the top nor the bottom.

If you meant blocks, created via Builder - yes. They can be added to the sides only. But you can add your horizontal banner to the template of the website (Top part of the website/Bottom part of the website)

Can you tell how to do this? Does it require any coding? I don't know how to edit html code.

Also, can I place flash banner (swf, gif) in the template?

How about the blocks? Does it support swf and gif files?

Hope, yes to edit the header effectively you need to know HTML, you can of course use the visual editor but it has been known to corrupt existing coding.

As for the flash banners I believe all image/video/animation types are supported and allowed by uCoz.

does it mean that, other coding will be affected if I use visual editor to add the horizontal banner?

Can you be more specific? I know how to add banner to the banner rotator but I don't understand how to put the banner rotator on the top of the website. Could you please help? Template 814.
